Who Should Attend?
The CFMA Lone Star Conference is designed for CFOs, controllers, and financial managers in the construction industry; construction CPAs; banking and financial service professionals; insurance professionals; surety underwriters; attorneys; and other construction industry specialists.
Sessions are designed as group-live programs and unless otherwise indicated in the session description, there are no prerequisites or advanced preparation required.

The San Antonio, Central Texas, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Houston, Heart of Texas and El Paso CFMA chapters have joined together to provide our CFMA Lone Star Conference. Together, we are committed to delivering the best networking, education, and training experience of any kind in the field of construction accounting and finance.
We understand the challenges Construction Financial Managers face and we realize you do not have the time or resources to stay abreast of all aspects of what that job entails. That is why we created this annual event.
This year's conference will include two information-packed days, including expert speakers who provide great insight about topics such as risk management, technology, taxes and overall industry changes and updates.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
The Lone Star Conference (LSC) Committee hopes everyone who registers for the conference will be able to attend; however, we know extenuating circumstances do occur. Many decisions are made and costs are incurred based on the number of registrations. The LSC Refund and Cancellation Policies are as follows:
The LSC Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows to assure consistency and is applicable to the 2024 annual LSC conference.
Conference registration canceled by email on or before August 18, 2024 is 100% refundable.
Registrants canceling by email between August 19 - September 7, 2024 will receive a 50% refund.
Your registration may be transferred to another individual up until three days before the conference.
Request will only be considered valid if sent by email to lonestar@cfmaregional.org.
In the event the LSC Committee must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, LSC will refund the cost of registration. However, LSC does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging.
